Shipping

We ship from our partner facilities in Toronto, ON and New York, NY, so most orders across the US and Canada arrive within 3–6 business days of shipping. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control (weather, customs, carrier delays).

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International orders

At this time, KIN&CLAY ships to the United States and Canada only.
